Walking to my car this guy follow me and my baby taking pictures of us, this was harassment and the manger Alfredo didn’t seem to take Racial profiling serious. I will be sending proof to corporate about this Racial Profiling from these employees
Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. I asked for an over the counter cold and flu medication that I couldn’t locate on the aisle. They suggested a cold and flu medication that can only be purchased with an id. I said no problem. The person ringing up the order asked for id which I provided and a method of payment. As soon as i processed the payment the system crashed. They tried on another terminal but that one also crashed. The pharmacist barged in with a horrible condescending tone. Saying too bad we are closing. I understand the process to expedite that medicine but there was no need to be so rude. Specially when It wasn’t my fault the registers had an issue. Customer service!!!
I was overcharged on a few of my items. I bought 6 of the clearance items, and only two were the correct price. I looked to make sure one was correct, and it was, so I kept putting my other items up. A couple of other clearance items I did the same thing.
Worst customer service ever! Managers are absolutely incompetent. It will be a year in a month since i started the $200 dispute that their employee stole which i have receipts for and they have confirmed. I’ve been given a run around for months. The manager assured me he will resolve it and he’s waiting on the refund. When I call he’s not available, i walk in and he is there. Then acts like he is off and casually hanging out there. Absolutely terrible.
Dr suggested we have Rx filled at Kroger. This one was close to my Mom. They submitted Rx to the pharmacy. The pharmacy did not have this product (Narcotic pain med) so they literally tossed the Rx. They didn’t inform the Dr or us that they did not have it and we should try elsewhere. Caused a LOT of stress and issues for pain med. Do not recommend this store at all.
Ive never been to this Kroger and not have to bag my own groceries. Call me crazy but that is a major factor where i spend my money. Coinstar is never working. ( when i come) store is a mess and alot of associates standing around doing nothing. Where is the manager?? I tried to speak to him/her about my grievances. They couldnt even find them
Picked up items that were not available on my weekend shopping trip. Still good all around grocery.
This store is usually well kept and organized. The woman working in the deli was great! Usually a quick process to self checkout.
We love our Kroger. We use the points for gas.The staff are nice and helpful.
